Description of Services: Sunflower State Hay offers the sale and delivery of various types of hay including alfalfa, prairie hay, brome, teff grass, and straw, as well as alfalfa cubes, alfalfa pellets, cracked and whole corn, and custom haying services including swathing, baling, and shed storage.
  3. Quality Assurance: While we strive to provide high-quality hay and related products, we cannot guarantee the quality or suitability of the products for your specific needs. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products upon delivery and notify us of any issues within a reasonable timeframe.
  4. Delivery: We offer delivery services for our products. Delivery fees may apply based on distance and quantity ordered. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather and other factors beyond our control.
  5. Payment: Payment for products and services is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
  6. Custom Work: For custom haying services, including swathing and baling, arrangements must be made in advance. Prices for custom work will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Sunflower State Hay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  8. Modification of Terms: Sunflower State Hay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
  9. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kansas, United States.
