Quality Assurance: While we strive to provide high-quality hay and related products, we cannot guarantee the quality or suitability of the products for your specific needs. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products upon delivery and notify us of any issues within a reasonable timeframe.
Delivery: We offer delivery services for our products. Delivery fees may apply based on distance and quantity ordered. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather and other factors beyond our control.
Payment: Payment for products and services is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
Custom Work: For custom haying services, including swathing and baling, arrangements must be made in advance. Prices for custom work will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.
Limitation of Liability: Sunflower State Hay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
